- Colorado loans from $50,000 to $2,000,000
- Six month to five year loan terms
- Interest only and fully amortizing loans
- Interest rates between 8.75%-12.5%
- Loan To Value up to 75%
- Fees from 1-3 points
- First position only
- Blanket loans/additional collateral considered
